Thai on a Truck at the beach! During my visit to Cupcake Camp Santa Barbara I happen to find a food truck. I‘m always on the hunt in every city I end up in.
The empanadas were flavorful and prepared just right. I got the Curry Puff which was a spicy Thai empanadas with potatoes. I added a little fish sauce to round out the character. Nice variety on the menu to choose from and moderately priced. I would consider this asian fusion style food.
Amazing location for a food truck. Got my Thai empanadas and walked along the beach only to find an art fair. It just keeps getting better.
In the parking lot I found an I Spy Van. You know the kind that has miniature toys glued to every area on the vehicle. Ingenious, this guy was charging the tourists like myself to take photos. A buck or two as a donation. He probably made more than the food truck just standing there!. Maybe that will be my next profession
